Step1 :Put the single core cable/ wire at the belt conveyor;

Step 2:Use cable granulator CG-045 with 45 KW motor to cut the cable into 1-4mm granule.             Crushed cables will go to vibrating screen.

Step 3: Vibrating screen will separate the copper from plastics. The copper will output directly at vibrating screen .

Step 4: Air separator will take out the plastics through blast pipe.     

Step 5: Plastics  goes to the bag fastened at blast pipe.
