Step1 :Use intelligent crusher to crush the lead plate of lead battery into 1-2cm . Crushed lead plate of battery go to granulator by conveyor.
Step 2:Use granulator with 45 KW motor to cut the battery into 1-4mm granule. Crushed battery are mixed with water becoming slurry.
Step 3: Slurry goes to feeding silo via feeding slot.
Step 4: The light material will float at the surface of water and go to deposit pool via spillway chute, the output from water pool is lead powder
Step 5: The heavy material will sink at the bottom of the feeding silo and then go to vibrating screen through spiral chute.
Step 6: Vibrating screen will classify the material by size and output the lead granule .
Step 7: The water will be circulated and reused.
