• Step 1:     Feed the PCB into special granulator CG-500P or 2 shaft- Intelligent shredder.
• Step 2:     Use minute crusher to crush the PCB into 1-2mm
• Step 3:     Crushed PCB particle will go to clarifier.
• Step 4:     Clarifier separates 3 type particles: less than 20 mesh, 30-40 mesh, 50-60 mesh.
• Step 5-1:  Particle within 30-40 mesh goes to 1# air separator
  Step 5-2:  Particle within 50-60 mesh goes to 2# air separator.
  Step 5-3:  Particle less than 20 mesh will go to minute crusher for crushing again.
• Step 6:    1# and 2# air separator will output recycled copper.
• Step 7:    1#, 2#, 3# dust collectors will output the non-metal parts of PCB scrap.
