Before Printed circuit boards to be put into the crusher of circuit board recycling plant, the components at the waste Populated Printed Circuit Board has to be removed.
How to remove it? By screwdriver only?
No, please use desoldering machine to help remove the components.
The operating steps:
- Put the waste PCB at the soldering machine, temprature is appoximately 200 degree;
- afer 3-5 seconds throw the PCB out by using clamp
- Reverse the PCB and knock it
- Majority components will be dropping down
- Use screwdriver to remove the left components
