Blast furnace for Used lead acid battery melting and reduction

Application: second lead melting and reduction

Maximum temperature at hearth: 1800^oC

Quality of furnace:

    16mm steel plate for base of furnace

    14mm steel for inner support frame

    12mm steel for out support frame

Material of furnace body:

bottom of furnace: 16mm steel; inner jacket:14mm steel; external jacket: 12 mm steel.

Refractory material: class 1 high-alumina cement, class 1high-alumina brick. Bricks can be used forever.

Working mode: continuously, maximum for 4 month

Tuyere number: 4              

Lead Tapping mode: automatically

Slag tapping mode: interval for paste charge and continuously for dust charge

Power consumption:

Motor of blast fan :5.5/7.5 KW ; Motor of Induction fan: 15/22KW

Material that can be charged：

1.         Paste from lead acid battery,     

2.         Dust from lead furnace ,

3.         Dross from lead refining kettles,

4.         Slag from painting factory

5.         Lead concentrate

6.         Lead powder

7.         and any material containing lead     

Burning material: coke (10:1)

Additive : Iron ,swarf, coke, Soda, stone. Contact us for composition of feeding material.

Cost of furnace close:  very low, 2 worker one day+ half bag cement

Model SLF-06 with 0.6 square meters hearth melting: 40T-50T/24 hours

Model SLF-07 with 0.7 square meters melting hearth: 50T-60T/24 hours

Model SLF-09 with  0.9 square meters melting hearth :60T-70T/24 hours

Model SLF-10 with 1.0 square meters melting hearth :80T-90T/24 hours

Model SLF- 115 with 1.15 square meters melting hearth : 80T-100T/24 hours

Lead recovery: 95%

Lead recovery rate= recycled lead(kg)/actual existing lead(kg)

Production Rate: 70%

Production rate=lead ingot out(kg)/ input of lead battery (kg)
