The compact cable recycling machine WCD-1200S has 100% dry process with 1 granulator, 2 air sucker,2 dry vibrating screens,2 dust collectors,2 air filter, 2 additional dry vibrating bed.. All steps are integrated at one platform with eco-friendly cover.

The type of cable applicable:

a)     For waste cables with diameter of single core copper from 0.15mm to 8mm, recovery rate and purity of copper can reach 99%..

b)     For thin hair cable with diameter of single core copper less than 0.15mm,10% copper will be sucked at plastics. Water shaking table or electro-static separator can separate the copper from plastics again.
