Application: second lead melting and reduction
Maximum temperature at hearth: 1800oC
Quality of furnace:
- 16mm steel plate for base of furnace
- 14mm steel for inner support frame
- 12mm steel for out support frame
Material of cupola furnace body of lead acid battery recycling plant:
bottom of furnace: 16mm steel; inner jacket:14mm steel; external jacket: 12 mm steel.
Refractory material: class 1 high-alumina cement, class 1high-alumina brick. Bricks can be used forever.
Working mode: continuously, maximum for 4 month

Slag tapping mode: interval for paste charge and continuously for dust charge
