2.2 Description of working Process of Jelly -filled - cable recycling plant/ Wire recycling machines
Step1 :Use 2 shaft shredder IC-800 or double shaft shredder IC-600 to shred the cable into 1-4cm . Shreded cables go to cable granulator by belt conveyor.
Step 2:Use first cable granulator with 45 KW motor to cut the cable into 1-4mm granule. Crushed cables are mixed with water becoming slurry.
Step 4 : Slurry goes to water shaking table directly or go to washing tank with agitator ( special for jelly-filled cable recycling, crushed jelly-filled-cables go to special washing tank that is full of detergent.)
Step 5: Shaking table will separate the copper and plastic. The copper will go to another side of water shaking table.
Step 6: The water will be circulated and reused.
Total power of jelly filled cable recycling plant WCW-500 is 70 KW.
