One completed Li battery recycling plant ( lithium ion battery breaking and separating plant) consists of follow steps:


  1. Discharge battery: We will discuss      later whether this part will be supplied from China or buyer’s country.

  2. Pre-chopper: 1st Shredder, 4 shaft shredder IC-800/ 4 Shaft shredder IC-1100/4 shaft shredder IC-800

  3. Secondary granulator

  4. 1st Round separating of black      mass (Ni, Co, graphite powder) separating by drum screen with electric heater,      pulse dust collector, and rotary screen.

  5. 3rd Crushing the battery      into small powder

  6. 2nd round black mass (Ni,      Co, graphite powder) separating by Drum screen,

  7. Separate the iron steel by magnetic      separator
