3.Operating and working flow of machine
1) Recycling refrigerant：
Switch on power
↓
Use punch clamp to punch the hole at the copper tube of AC/refrigerator，connect the punch clamp with the low pressure input slot.
↓
Watch the low pressure gauge, if the indicator is at the positive position, it is ready for recycling work , if the indicator is at negative position , it indicates that the refrigerant has been leaked.
Open the input hand-control valve and output hand-control valve
↓
Open the input hand-control valve of cylinder( red color)）
↓
Press “recycle” button ,the indication light indicates the recycling work is starting.
↓
While the low pressure gauge indicates to 0 position, the recycling machine stop working, the indication light extinguishes
↓
Watch the low pressure gauge, it the indicator is still at the 0 position , it indicates that the refrigerant have been fully recycled; If the indicator goes back the positive position, re-start the recycling work from step 1.
↓
Close the input hand-control valve
↓
Remove the connection of punch clamp and copper tube. Work ends.
2) Oil draining out：
All lubrication oil of compressor of refrigerator will be sucked to extracting machine , and then oil and refrigerant will be separated at oil separator. The oil will be store at oil separator, refrigerant will go to compressor and store at refrigerant storage cylinder .
After processing 30 unit refrigerators and 10 units AC, the oil has to be drained out from machine

Switch on the power
↓
Open the oil-draining hand-control valve slowly
↓
Oil drained to the oil bottle
↓
Close the oil-draining hand-control valve.

3) Gas draining out:
At the stationary state, watch the high pressure gauge, if the indicator overcomes 1.5MPa , the gas stored at refrigerant storage cylinder have to be drained out.
↓
Open the gas-draining hand-control valve slowly for 5 seconds
↓
Watch the high pressure gauge, if indicator comes back to position less than 1.2MPa, stop gas-draining. If indicator overcomes to position more than 1.2MPa, re-start gas-draining.
Attention:
To recycle different types of refrigerant, the cylinder has to be empty and become vacuum.
