1.General instruction of cable recycling machine/cable recycling plant WCW-001

Cable recycling plant (WCW-001) is based on the advanced and reasonable mechanism process  that can separate the copper and plastic from cable and wire. The final output product of this process is copper without any plastic inside and plastic without any copper inside.

This process is an eco-friendly method instead of some polluted way that is based on burning and chemical processing. This cable granulation plant has highly recognition by government and clients from all over the world.

This cable recycling plant, with working process from inlet of waste cable and wire to recycled copper and PVC/PE, consists of 1 special 2 shaft shredder IC-800, 1 belt conveyor, 1 special cable granulator, 1 wer shaking  table only.

Cable recycling plant WCW-001 consists of 1  2 shaft shredder IC-600, 2 belt conveyor, 1 special cable granulator,  1 special  washing tank, 1 shaking table., 1 water collection tank, 3 slurry pump.

The advantages of WCW-001 are small space required, can recycling all types cable scrap ,special for jelly-filled cable, low investment,  capacity can be easy to be enlarged, low noisy.

Throughput Capacity is 400-600 kg/hour (3-5 tones/day in 8 hours). 

Space required is 8m*6m=48 square meters

2.2 Description of working Process of cable recycling plant WCW-001

Step1 : for big cable ,the scrap cable stripper is used to peel the cable and then Use 2 shaft shredder IC-600 shred the cable into 1-4cm . Crushed cables go to granulator by belt conveyor.

Step 2:Use first cable granulator with 45 KW motor to cut the cable into 1-4mm granule. Crushed

 cables are mixed with water becoming slurry.

Step 4 : Slurry goes to wet shaking table directly or go to washing tank with agitator ( special for jelly-filled cable recycling, crushed  jelly-filled-cables go to special washing tank that is full of detergent.)

Step 5: Wet Shaking  table will separate the copper and plastic. The copper will go to another side of wet shaking table.

Step 6: The water will be circulated and reused.
