Lead Acid Battery Recycling Equipment

Our lead acid battery recycling equipment provides a complete solution for processing used lead acid batteries. The integrated system breaks and separates batteries to recover acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste. With capacities ranging from 1 to 10 MT per hour, our plants include specialized components such as battery breaking and separation systems, rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces achieving 95% lead recovery rates, lead refinery kettles producing 99.999% purity lead, de-sulfurization units, and air pollution control systems that meet strict environmental requirements.

Lithium Battery Recycling Solutions

As electric vehicles and portable electronics continue to proliferate, lithium battery recycling has become critically important for resource security and environmental protection. Our li battery recycling equipment breaks and separates waste lithium batteries to recover valuable black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastic, copper, and aluminum. With processing capacities of 500–2,500 kg per hour, our systems include discharging units, pre-crushing stages, secondary granulation, black powder separation, magnetic separation, and dedicated air pollution control systems that absorb and neutralize harmful gases before emission.

Circuit Board Recycling Plants

Printed circuit boards (PCBs) contain precious metals and copper that can be recovered through proper processing. Our circuit board recycling plants utilize both dry and wet separation technologies, with capacities from 300 kg/hour to 2,000 kg/hour. Copper powder purity reaches 96–98%, with overall recovery rates of 95%. Cable Recycling Equipment

Scrap cables represent a significant source of recoverable copper and aluminum. Our cable recycling equipment includes compact granulators with dry separators, scrap cable strippers handling diameters from 1.5mm to 150mm, and complete cable recycling plants.
