Lead Acid Battery Recycling

San Lan's lead acid battery recycling equipment provides a complete processing line from breaking and separation to smelting and refining. The system breaks and separates used lead-acid batteries to recover acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste, with capacities ranging from 1 to 10 MT per hour. Downstream equipment includes rotary furnaces for paste reduction (2–20 MT per batch), blast furnaces with 95% lead recovery rates, de-sulfurization units to reduce SO2 emissions, and lead refinery kettle furnaces capable of producing 99.999% pure lead. Every stage is complemented by pollution control and water treatment systems to ensure full environmental compliance.

Lithium Battery Recycling

With the explosion of electric vehicles and portable electronics, lithium battery recycling has become a critical industry. San Lan's lithium battery recycling plant processes waste lithium-ion batteries at 500–2,500 kg per hour, separating black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastic, copper, and aluminum. The integrated system includes discharging, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, magnetic separation, and dedicated air pollution control to neutralize harmful gases before emission.

Cable and Circuit Board Recycling

Cable recycling machines separate copper or aluminum from plastic insulation, while circuit board recycling plants achieve copper powder purity of 96–98% with recovery rates up to 95%. Both dry and wet separation technologies are available, with capacities from 300 kg/hour to 2,000 kg/hour depending on the model.
