The integrated system includes battery cutting, breaking and separation, de-sulfurization, paste reduction via rotary furnace or blast furnace, lead refining to 99.999% purity, air pollution control, and wastewater treatment. The blast furnace achieves lead recovery rates up to 95%, while the electric lead refinery kettle furnace uses near-infrared heating technology to save 30-50% energy compared to conventional systems.
Cable Recycling: Separating Copper and Aluminum from Plastic
Scrap cables represent a high-value feedstock when processed correctly. San Lan's cable recycling equipment covers the full spectrum from manual scrap cable strippers for diameters of 1.5mm to 150mm, to fully automated cable granulators with dry or wet separators achieving throughputs up to 1,200 kg per hour.

The tailing ore extraction plant achieves a total recovery rate of 75%, significantly above the industry average of 65%, by processing tailings with grades of 0.25-0.3% down to 0.15%.
