Lead Acid Battery Recycling

Our lead acid battery recycling equipment handles the full recovery chain—from battery breaking and separation to lead smelting and refining. The system separates batteries into four output streams: lead grid, lead paste, plastic (PVC/PP), and hard rubber. Capacities range from 1 to 10 MT per hour. Downstream smelting options include rotary furnaces, blast furnaces, and lead refinery kettles that achieve up to 99.999% purity. An integrated de-sulfurization unit reduces SO₂ emissions and lowers energy consumption, while air pollution control and water treatment systems ensure full environmental compliance.

Lithium Battery Recycling

As electric vehicles and portable electronics proliferate, spent lithium-ion batteries represent both an environmental challenge and a valuable resource. Our lithium battery recycling plant processes waste Li-ion cells at 500–2,500 kg/hour, recovering black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), copper, aluminum, and plastic film. The line includes discharging, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, magnetic separation, and black powder separation stages. Dedicated air pollution control systems neutralize harmful gases, while plastic pneumatic conveying and hydraulic briquetting systems prepare secondary materials for resale or further processing.

Circuit Board Recycling

Printed circuit boards (PCBs) contain copper, precious metals, and rare elements that make them one of the most valuable e-waste streams. Our circuit board recycling equipment is available in both dry and wet separation configurations, with capacities from 300 kg/hour up to 2,000 kg/hour. Dry separation plants achieve copper powder purity of 96–98% with recovery rates around 95%, using air separators, electrostatic separators, and pulse bag dust collectors. Wet separation systems can even process PCB waste with components still attached, offering flexibility for mixed feedstock.

Cable and Wire Recycling

Scrap cables are a high-volume, high-value feedstock when processed with the right machinery. Our cable recycling equipment covers the full range from manual and automatic cable strippers to high-capacity cable granulators with dry separators. Cable stripper models handle diameters from 1.5 mm to 150 mm, while granulator lines process up to 1,200 kg/hour—separating copper or aluminum from plastic insulation with excellent purity. A specialized jelly-filled cable recycling plant is also available for telecommunications scrap.

  • Shredders and Pre-choppers: Single, twin, and four-shaft shredders from 200 kg/hour to 6 MT/hour for size reduction of PCB, cable, refrigerators, batteries, and lithium cells.
  • Refrigerator & AC Recycling: Complete lines including refrigerant extraction, compressor cutting, and shredding/separation systems that recover iron, copper, aluminum, plastic, and polyurethane foam at rates exceeding 90%.
  • CRT Recycling: Ni-chrome heater and diamond cutter systems for safe separation of CRT panel and funnel glass, with phosphor powder collection.
  • Motor Recycling: Hydraulic stator cutters that dismantle electric motors to extract copper windings from iron cores.
  • Hydraulic Press Machines: Metal briquetting machines and balers for compacting metal chips, powders, and recyclable materials.
  • Metal Melting Furnaces: Medium-frequency induction furnaces from 15 KW to 160 KW for producing ingots from recycled copper, aluminum, lead, and precious metals.

Mining Equipment: Lithium Ore Extraction

Complementing our recycling focus, San Lan also supplies lithium ore extraction plants. Our crude ore processing plants convert raw lithium ore to 4–5% grade concentrate at capacities from 500 to 5,000 MT per day. For tailings reprocessing, our extraction plants recover additional lithium from 0.25–0.3% grade tailings, achieving total recovery rates of 75%—well above the 65% industry average.
