Circuit Board & Cable Recycling: Recovering Copper and Precious Metals

Wet separation plants (WCB series) handle PCB waste still carrying electronic components. A water-metal separator recovers fine copper particles that air separation might miss. Capacities range from 300 kg/hour to 2,000 kg/hour, with designs scalable up to 5,000 kg/hour.

The lithium crude ore processing plant converts raw ore to 4–5% grade lithium concentrate at 500–5,000 MT/day. The tailing ore extraction plant recovers lithium from 0.25–0.3% grade tailings, reducing final tailings grade to 0.15% with a total recovery rate of 75%—well above the 65% industry average.
