Lead Acid Battery Recycling Equipment
Used lead-acid batteries represent one of the most recycled consumer products in the world, but the process demands specialized machinery to handle toxic materials safely and efficiently. San Lan offers comprehensive lead acid battery recycling equipment that covers every stage of the recovery process. Our systems break and separate batteries to recover acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste with capacities ranging from 1 to 10 MT per hour.
The production line includes hydraulic battery cutters, breaking and separation systems, filter presses for paste collection, de-sulfurization units to reduce sulfur content in PbSO4, and high-efficiency rotary furnaces for paste reduction. For smelting operations, we provide blast (cupola) furnaces with lead recovery rates up to 95%, as well as lead refinery kettle furnaces capable of producing 99.999% pure lead. Every plant is equipped with air pollution control systems and water treatment facilities to ensure full environmental compliance.
Lithium Battery Recycling Plant
With the explosion of electric vehicles and portable electronics, lithium-ion battery waste is growing at an unprecedented rate. San Lan's lithium battery recycling plant is engineered to handle this challenge, processing 500 to 2,500 kg of waste batteries per hour. The system safely discharges residual power before pre-crushing and secondary granulation, then separates black mass containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite from plastic, copper, and aluminum fractions.
To support the entire workflow, we also supply auxiliary equipment including plastic pneumatic conveying systems, hydraulic briquetters with a 10:1 volume compression ratio, and dedicated air pollution control systems designed specifically for lithium battery recycling. Custom configurations are available to match your feedstock composition and production targets.
Circuit Board Recycling Equipment
Printed circuit boards contain precious metals and high-grade copper that make them extremely valuable when processed correctly. San Lan provides both dry and wet separation technologies through our circuit board recycling equipment lineup. Capacities range from 300 kg/hour to 2,000 kg/hour, with design options available up to 5,000 kg/hour for large-scale operations.
Our dry separation plants utilize air separators, vibrating screens, electrostatic separators, cyclone separators, and pulse bag dust collectors to achieve copper powder purity of 96% to 98% with recovery rates around 95%. Wet separation systems use water-based metal separation to handle PCB waste still carrying electronic components, offering an environmentally friendly alternative with no dust pollution. All systems are mechanically automated for stable, easy operation.
Cable Recycling Equipment
Scrap cables and wires are a rich source of copper and aluminum, but manual stripping is labor-intensive and inefficient. San Lan's cable recycling equipment automates this process from start to finish. Our product range includes scrap cable strippers handling diameters from 1.5 mm to 150 mm, compact cable granulators with dry separators, and high-capacity cable recycling plants.
Whether you process thin communication cables or thick industrial power lines, our machines separate copper and aluminum from plastic insulation with high efficiency. We also offer specialized solutions such as jelly-filled cable recycling plants to handle complex cable types that standard equipment cannot process.
