Our lead acid battery recycling equipment provides an end-to-end solution for processing used lead acid batteries. The system breaks and separates batteries to recover acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste with capacities ranging from 1 to 10 MT per hour. Integrated components include battery breaking and separation systems, de-sulfurization units, rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces with 95% lead recovery rates, lead refinery kettle furnaces reaching 99.999% purity, filter presses, water treatment plants, and air pollution control systems. Every stage is engineered to meet strict environmental requirements while maximizing material recovery.
As the electric vehicle market expands, so does the demand for lithium-ion battery recycling. Our lithium battery recycling plant handles waste Li-ion batteries at 500–2,500 kg per hour, separating black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastic, copper, and aluminum. The process includes discharging, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, black powder separation, and magnetic separation of iron and steel.
