Lead Acid Battery Recycling Equipment

Our lead acid battery recycling equipment provides an end-to-end solution for processing used lead acid batteries. The system breaks and separates batteries to recover acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste with capacities ranging from 1 to 10 MT per hour. Integrated components include battery breaking and separation systems, de-sulfurization units, rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces with 95% lead recovery rates, lead refinery kettle furnaces reaching 99.999% purity, filter presses, water treatment plants, and air pollution control systems. Every stage is engineered to meet strict environmental requirements while maximizing material recovery.

Lithium Battery Recycling Plant

As the electric vehicle market expands, so does the demand for lithium-ion battery recycling. Our lithium battery recycling plant handles waste Li-ion batteries at 500–2,500 kg per hour, separating black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastic, copper, and aluminum. The process includes discharging, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, black powder separation, and magnetic separation of iron and steel. An integrated air pollution control system ensures safe emission levels throughout operations.

Cable Recycling Equipment

Scrap cables represent one of the most accessible and profitable recycling streams. Our cable recycling equipment includes scrap cable strippers for diameters from 1.5 mm to 150 mm, compact cable granulators with dry separators, and wet separation plants for jelly-filled cables. Capacities range from 100 kg/hour to 1,200 kg/hour depending on the model. Copper and aluminum are separated from plastic insulation with high purity, ready for direct resale to smelters.

Circuit Board Recycling Equipment

Printed circuit boards contain valuable copper and precious metals, but they require specialized processing. Our circuit board recycling equipment offers both dry and wet separation technologies. Dry-process plants with air separators achieve copper powder purity of 96–98% at capacities from 300 kg/hour to 2,000 kg/hour. Wet separation systems can even process PCB waste with electronic components still attached, making them ideal for mixed e-waste feeds.
