Lead Acid Battery Recycling: A Complete Process

Our lead acid battery recycling equipment covers every stage of the process. The used lead battery cutter (HBC-045) slices batteries into four parts and empties acid safely at 45 seconds per piece. The breaking and separation system then classifies lead grid, lead paste, PVC/PP plastic, and hard rubber. For lead paste processing, the de-sulfurization unit removes sulfur from PbSO4, reducing melting temperature and SO2 emissions. Smelting options include blast furnace (40-100 MT/24 hours, 95% lead recovery) and rotary furnace (2-20 MT/batch, higher recovery than blast furnace). Finally, the lead refinery kettle furnace produces 99.999% pure lead, with energy-saving electric heating options that reduce consumption by 30-50%.

Circuit Board and Cable Recycling Systems

Printed circuit boards contain valuable copper and precious metals, but improper handling releases toxic substances. Our circuit board recycling equipment offers both wet and dry separation technologies. The WCBD-2000A air separation plant processes up to 2000 kg/hour with copper powder purity reaching 96-98%. For operations requiring wet separation, the WCB-2000C handles 2000 kg/hour with environmentally friendly water-based metal recovery. On the cable recycling side, our granulators and strippers handle cable diameters from 1.5mm to 150mm, separating copper and aluminum from insulation with precision.
