Our lead acid battery recycling equipment covers every stage of the process. The used lead battery cutter (HBC-045) slices batteries into four parts and empties acid safely at 45 seconds per piece. The breaking and separation system then classifies lead grid, lead paste, PVC/PP plastic, and hard rubber. For lead paste processing, the de-sulfurization unit removes sulfur from PbSO4, reducing melting temperature and SO2 emissions.
