Lead Acid Battery Recycling
Our lead acid battery recycling equipment provides complete systems that break and separate used batteries to recover acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste. Capacities range from 1 to 10 MT per hour, with integrated breaking-separating systems, de-sulfurization units, rotary furnaces, refinery kettle furnaces, and air pollution control that meets environmental requirements.
Lithium Battery Recycling
As EVs and consumer electronics multiply, spent lithium-ion batteries have become one of the most valuable waste streams available. Our li battery recycling equipment breaks and separates waste lithium batteries to recover black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastic, copper, and aluminum. Throughput ranges from 500 to 2,500 kg per hour, with custom layouts to match your feedstock.
Cable and Wire Recycling
Copper and aluminum from scrap cables fetch strong market prices. Our cable recycling equipment includes scrap cable strippers, wet and dry granulators, and compact separation systems that produce high-purity copper powder and clean plastic granules. Whether you process thin communication wire or thick industrial cable, we have a system sized for your volume.
