Our breaking and separation systems process 1 to 10 metric tons per hour, recovering acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste. From there, the paste goes into a rotary furnace or blast cupola furnace for reduction, with lead recovery rates hitting 95%.
The real profit is in the backend. Our lead refinery kettle furnace takes crude lead up to 99.999% purity. We offer both natural gas and electric heated versions. The electric model uses near-infrared heating that cuts energy use by 30-50% compared to conventional furnaces. That difference adds up fast when you are running batches day in and day out.
Capture the Lithium Wave
Electric vehicles and energy storage systems are flooding the market, and those batteries will eventually need recycling. The black mass inside spent lithium-ion cells contains nickel, cobalt, and graphite that can go straight back into new battery production.

The dry separator models split copper and aluminum from plastic insulation without using water, which keeps your environmental compliance simple and your operating costs low.
