Lead Acid Battery Recycling

Our lead acid battery recycling equipment includes complete breaking and separation systems with capacities from 1 to 10 MT per hour. The process recovers acid, lead paste, lead grid, and plastic with high efficiency. Complementing the separation line, we supply rotary furnaces for paste reduction (2–20 MT per batch), blast furnaces with 95% lead recovery rates, lead refinery kettle furnaces reaching 99.999% purity, de-sulfurization units, filter presses, water treatment plants, and air pollution control systems.

Lithium Battery Recycling

With the rapid growth of electric vehicles and consumer electronics, lithium battery recycling is becoming essential. San Lan's li battery recycling equipment processes waste lithium-ion batteries at 500–2,500 kg per hour, recovering black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastic, copper, and aluminum. The integrated system includes discharging, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, magnetic separation, and air pollution control.

Cable and Circuit Board Recycling

Our cable recycling equipment handles scrap cables of all sizes, separating copper or aluminum from plastic insulation with high purity. For printed circuit boards, our plants achieve copper powder purity of 96–98% and recovery rates up to 95%, using both dry and wet separation technologies with capacities ranging from 300 to 2,000 kg per hour.

Lithium Ore Extraction for Mining Operations

Beyond recycling, San Lan also supplies lithium ore extraction plants. Our crude ore processing plants handle 500–5,000 MT per day, converting lithium crude ore to concentrate with 4–5% grade. For tailings recovery, our systems extract remaining lithium from 0.25–0.3% grade tailings, reducing final tailings grade to 0.15% and achieving a total recovery rate of 75% compared to the industry average of 65%.
