Battery Recycling Solutions
Our lead acid battery recycling equipment breaks and separates used batteries to recover acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste. Standard capacities run from 1 to 10 MT per hour. The integrated system covers battery cutting, breaking and separation, de-sulfurization, rotary furnace reduction, blast furnace smelting, lead refining to 99.999% purity, effluent treatment, and air pollution control.
For the rapidly expanding lithium-ion sector, our lithium battery recycling plant processes waste cells at 500–2,500 kg/hour. The line recovers black mass rich in nickel, cobalt, and graphite, plus separated plastic, copper, and aluminum. It includes discharging stations, pre-crushers, secondary granulators, black powder separation, and magnetic iron removal.
E-Waste and Cable Processing
Printed circuit boards carry concentrated copper and precious metals. Our circuit board recycling equipment handles them with dry or wet separation. Capacities span 300 to 2,000 kg/hour, copper powder purity reaches 96–98%, and recovery rates hit 95%. Each plant integrates air separators, electrostatic separators, vibrating screens, cyclones, and pulse dust collectors to keep emissions under control.
Scrap cable is another high-volume opportunity. Our cable recycling equipment includes scrap cable strippers handling diameters from 1.5 mm up to 150 mm, compact granulators with dry separation, and full cable recycling lines. The result is clean copper or aluminum separated from plastic insulation—material you can sell immediately.
