Lead Acid Battery Recycling

Used lead acid batteries represent one of the most recyclable waste streams, with valuable lead and plastic components that can be fully recovered. San Lan's lead acid battery recycling equipment includes battery breaking and separation systems, de-sulfurization units, rotary furnaces, blast furnaces, lead refinery kettles, and air pollution control systems. These integrated plants can process 1–10 MT per hour, recovering lead paste, lead grids, plastic shells, and acid with high efficiency. The blast furnace achieves a lead recovery rate of 95% at temperatures up to 1800°C, while the lead refinery kettle produces 99.999% pure lead.

Lithium Battery Recycling

As electric vehicles and consumer electronics proliferate, spent lithium-ion batteries have become a critical secondary resource. San Lan's lithium battery recycling plant handles capacities from 500 to 2,500 kg per hour, breaking and separating waste batteries to recover black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), copper, aluminum, and plastic. The system includes air pollution control to neutralize harmful gases, ensuring environmentally compliant operations. A plastic pneumatic conveying system and hydraulic briquetter further process separator film into compact blocks for easy handling.

Circuit Board Recycling

Printed circuit boards contain copper, gold, silver, and other precious metals that should never go to waste. San Lan offers both wet and dry separation circuit board recycling equipment, with capacities ranging from 300 kg per hour to 2,000 kg per hour. The wet separation process achieves copper powder purity of 96–98% with a recovery rate of 95%, while the dry process eliminates water consumption and treats dust through cyclone and pulse bag collectors. For smaller operations, the WCB-005C plant processes 500 kg per hour and can even handle PCB waste with components still attached.

Cable and Wire Recycling

Scrap cables are a rich source of copper and aluminum. San Lan's cable recycling equipment includes scrap cable strippers for cables from 1.5 mm to 150 mm in diameter, as well as high-capacity cable granulators like the WCD-1200S that separate metal from plastic insulation with exceptional purity. Jelly-filled cables, standard copper wires, and aluminum cables can all be processed profitably. For large-scale operations, the company also supplies pre-shredders that prepare bulky cable scrap for granulation.
