- Lead Acid Battery Recycling Used lead acid batteries are among the most recycled consumer products globally. Our lead acid battery recycling equipment breaks and separates batteries to recover acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste. Capacities range from 1 to 10 metric tons per hour. The complete line includes breaking and separation units, de-sulfurization equipment, rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces with 95% lead recovery, lead refinery kettles reaching 99.999% purity, and air pollution control systems that meet strict environmental standards.
- Lithium Battery Recycling As electric vehicles and portable electronics expand, responsible lithium-ion battery disposal has become critical. Our lithium battery recycling plant processes waste Li-ion batteries at 500 to 2,500 kg per hour. The system separates black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastic, copper, and aluminum. Supporting equipment includes plastic pneumatic conveying systems, hydraulic briquetters with a 10:1 volume compression ratio, and dedicated air pollution control systems to neutralize harmful gases before emission.
- Cable Recycling Scrap cable is essentially copper and aluminum hidden inside plastic insulation. Our cable recycling equipment strips and granulates various cable types to separate metal from insulation. Whether you need a compact granulator with dry separator or a complete cable recycling plant, our machines cover capacities from 100 to 1,200 kg per hour and beyond. We also offer scrap cable strippers handling cables from 1.5 mm to 150 mm in diameter.
- Circuit Board Recycling Printed circuit boards contain copper powder and trace amounts of precious metals. Our circuit board recycling equipment uses both dry and wet separation technologies, with capacities from 300 kg to 2,000 kg per hour. Dry separation systems achieve copper powder purity of 96–98% with recovery rates around 95%, while wet separation options can handle PCB waste still carrying electronic components.
