San Lan's lead acid battery recycling equipment covers the entire process chain: battery breaking and separation, paste de-sulfurization, smelting in rotary or blast furnaces, and refining to 99.999% purity. For lithium-ion batteries—the power source behind the electric vehicle revolution—San Lan offers complete lithium battery recycling plants processing 500 to 2,500 kg per hour. These systems safely discharge, crush, and separate batteries into black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), copper, aluminum, and plastic fractions. An enclosed air pollution control system captures and neutralizes hazardous gases, protecting both workers and the environment.
Cable and Circuit Board Recovery
Scrap cable is copper and aluminum in disguise. San Lan's cable recycling equipment includes manual and automatic strippers handling diameters from 1.5 mm to 150 mm, plus high-capacity granulators with dry and wet separators. The result is clean metal granules—known in the industry as copper rice—ready for smelting or direct sale to metal refiners.
Printed circuit boards contain some of the highest concentrations of valuable metals in the e-waste stream. San Lan's circuit board recycling equipment recovers copper powder at 96–98% purity with overall recovery rates above 95%. Both dry separation (air and electrostatic) and wet separation (water metal separation) configurations are available, depending on your local environmental rules and feedstock characteristics.
