Lead recovery rates reach 95%, and the refinery kettle can produce lead with purity up to 99.999%.

For lithium-ion batteries, San Lan offers breaking and separating plants with capacities of 500 to 2,500 kg per hour. These systems recover black mass containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite, along with separated copper, aluminum, and plastic. Each plant includes pre-crushing, secondary granulation, magnetic separation, and dedicated air pollution control to ensure safe handling of volatile materials.

Cable and Circuit Board Recovery

Scrap cables and printed circuit boards are rich in copper and precious metals. San Lan’s cable recycling equipment includes both stripping machines for large-diameter cables and compact granulators with dry separators for fine processing. These machines separate copper and aluminum from plastic insulation with high efficiency, producing clean metal granules ready for resale or smelting.

The circuit board recycling equipment handles PCB waste through both dry and wet separation processes. Capacities range from 300 kg to 2,000 kg per hour, with copper powder purity reaching 96% to 98%. The dry-process plants incorporate air separators, vibrating screens, electrostatic separators, and pulse dust collectors to capture fine particles and prevent environmental contamination.
