Lead Acid Battery Recycling

Our lead acid battery recycling equipment provides complete solutions for breaking and separating used lead acid batteries. The system efficiently recovers acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste with capacities ranging from 1 to 10 MT per hour. Complementary equipment includes rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces achieving 95% lead recovery rates, lead refinery kettles producing 99.999% pure lead, de-sulfurization units, and air pollution control systems that meet strict environmental requirements.

Lithium Battery Recycling

As demand for electric vehicles and portable electronics surges, proper disposal of lithium-ion batteries has become critical. Our li battery recycling equipment breaks and separates waste lithium batteries to recover black mass containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite, along with plastic, copper, and aluminum.
