Battery Recycling Systems
For lead-acid battery processors, San Lan supplies complete lead acid battery recycling equipment that breaks and separates used batteries into lead paste, lead grids, plastic, and acid. Systems are available with capacities from 1 to 10 MT per hour and can be matched with downstream units such as de-sulfurization systems, rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces, and lead refinery kettles that refine crude lead to 99.999% purity.
For lithium-ion feedstock, the company’s lithium battery recycling equipment processes waste cells at 500–2,500 kg per hour. The line discharges, pre-crushes, and granulates batteries, then separates black mass, copper, aluminum, and plastic film. An integrated air pollution control system captures and neutralizes harmful gases, helping operators meet environmental requirements.
PCB and Cable Recovery
Printed circuit boards contain some of the highest concentrations of copper and precious metals in the e-waste stream. San Lan’s circuit board recycling equipment uses dry or wet separation to recover copper powder with 96–98% purity and recovery rates up to 95%. Capacities range from 300 kg/hour to 2,000 kg/hour, depending on the model.
For wire and cable recyclers, San Lan’s cable recycling equipment includes scrap cable strippers for diameters up to 150 mm and high-capacity granulators with dry separation. These systems separate copper and aluminum from plastic insulation with minimal dust emissions.
