Downstream smelting options include rotary furnaces for paste reduction with higher recovery rates than traditional blast furnaces, and lead refinery kettles that refine crude lead to 99.999% purity. Integrated air pollution control systems and water treatment plants ensure full environmental compliance.
Lithium Battery Recycling Plant
As electric vehicle adoption accelerates, the need for li battery recycling equipment is expanding rapidly. San Lan's lithium battery recycling systems process waste lithium-ion batteries at 500 to 2,500 kg per hour, recovering black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastic separators, copper, and aluminum. The process includes discharging, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, black powder separation, and magnetic separation of iron and steel. Circuit Board Recycling Plant
