Lead-Acid Battery Recycling — Our lead acid battery recycling equipment breaks and separates used batteries at capacities of 1–10 MT per hour. The system recovers acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste with high efficiency. Integrated solutions include battery cutters, breaking and separation units, de-sulfurization systems, rotary furnaces, blast furnaces, and refinery kettles capable of producing 99.999% pure lead.
Lithium Battery Recycling — As electric vehicle adoption accelerates, spent lithium-ion batteries are becoming a critical secondary resource. Our lithium battery recycling plant processes 500–2,500 kg per hour, recovering black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastic, copper, and aluminum. The complete line includes discharging stations, pre-crushers, secondary granulators, magnetic separators, and dedicated air pollution control systems.
Circuit Board Recycling — Printed circuit boards contain valuable copper and precious metals, yet improper disposal releases toxic substances. Our circuit board recycling equipment offers both dry and wet separation technologies, with capacities from 300 to 2,000 kg per hour. Advanced air and water separation achieve copper powder purity of 96–98% and recovery rates up to 95%.
Cable Recycling — Scrap cables are a rich source of copper and aluminum. Our cable recycling equipment includes scrap cable strippers handling diameters from 1.5 mm to 150 mm, plus compact granulators with dry separators. These machines efficiently separate metal conductors from plastic insulation, delivering clean copper rice and aluminum granules ready for resale or further processing.
